Easiest way to re-arrange competitions?

Hey guys,
Wondering what the easiest way is to re-arrange competitions (renamed Divisions).
you can see in the screenshot, even though Div 5B is a child of Division 5, it appears first, then Div 4.
This is the same for Career totals.
Shouldn’t Totals be at the bottom?
And finally, why isn’t there an option to display the Totals column on the page?
