Easiest way to post jobs on your wordpress blog?

Couldn’t you create a post for each job, with a category called Jobs, then let the native WordPress category archive link to a the listing of those Jobs.

Or more complicated, but use the template tag, query_posts(), in a Page Template to put all the posts from that category on their own page.
