Easel Theme Update…Now My Pages Are Showing As POSTS?

    Hi,

    I updated the Easel theme. Now my pages are showing as posts. I don’t know how to undo it, or if there is a setting that is responsible. I liked the way things were going and now it’s stuck.

    Can someone help me fix this?

    Tried deleting and reinstalling theme to revert to default (older version). That didn’t work. Tried looking through general setting to see what would make PAGES as POSTS, couldn’t find any.

    A plugin may be causing the glitch. Have you tried:

    -deactivating all plugins. If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit?

    If you don’t have access to to your admin area, try deactivating them manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    I contacted the theme developer and he said it was a problem with coding. Told me the fix and it is now resolved.

    Problem solved. Close thread.

    It was actually a line in the functions.php where I *now* fixed, where I was adding the page to the pre_get_posts
