Easel / SMF Page Views

    I was wanting some help with a customization I had in mind for an Easel /SMF theme combo, where consistency in page views is sought.

    The SMF Pixel Car Theme Ive selected provides an identical feel to my Easel homepage. However, although the transparent scroll on SMF is similar to Easel’s. Not all posts, comments,categories etc. are fully legible.

    I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate the same translucent white highlighter as used on EASEL to the SMF forum highlighter, to improve legibility.

    Any thoughts?

  • Not to be a stick in a mud but that’s more of a question for SMF skinning forums then it would be for WordPress since they’re two different beasts.

    However, just to say the old cliche’ – it’s just CSS. That being said you could find the elements to change in your SMF and just modify the skin to appear as such with the same feel and translucency.
