[Theme Easel] remove note with allowed html

Hi

I’m not very familiar with PHP but I kept trying and managed to succeed partly.

Now i do have this code from comments.php which contains:

this part should be removed:

NOTE – You can use these HTML tags and attributes:

I know it should be somewhere which includes 'comment_notes_after' =>, but can anyone help me out?
