Ease to use!

  • PS: the bugs reported are fixed 7.3.9 release.

    The plugin is easy to use, but it has technical weaknesses at all times. Whether with the PHP version, or with the plugin itself, you can’t trust it.
    The results list page has a bug, it has been reported to support but there is no solution. Update was released and the error persists. So, if you intend to mount a consistent survey, choose another option.

    I am sorry to hear about your experience. We are constantly improving the reliability of QSM codebase.

    In fact, we are re-writing several key components of QSM to be released as v8 very soon (ETA Feb end) which will make the backend solid as a rock. You will be able to take as many surveys as you need with complete reliability.

    Thanks for your reply, Vikas. The release 7.3.9 fix the reported bugs. I will reconsider my rate.
