I’m creating a membership site sing the subscription extension as well and the rewards and points extension and what I am wanting to do is every month that someone renews their membership they earn points that can be used for various purposes including a free month.

Is this even possible? How would I do that?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @brooklynne ,

If you’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Points & Rewards, then I recommend using AutomateWoo extension. Using this, you can create a workflow that would grant points to users on subscription renewal.

You can find more about it here: https://automatewoo.com/docs/examples/loyalty-workflows/reward-customers-with-points-for-purchasing-specific-products/

Do let us know if you have any further queries.

the giving people points is sorted through the subscription already no workflow needed for that…

The issue I am having is how to arrange say a free month after 10 months paid through using point accrued.

ETA: I am using all 3 of those and have set them all up in various ways to function

    Thank you for confirming.

Support for?Subscriptions, Points and Rewards, and AutomateWoo?is provided at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.

Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase
the extensions, select?one of the extensions?from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions regarding the core WooCommerce features, please start a new thread here.

I’m not the person who bought them as my client purchased them so WooCOmmerce sent me over here to ask….

    Hi @brooklynne ,

When you create a ticket on WooCommerce.com, you can share your client’s order number for the purchase, and we’d be able to provide support to you.

Alternatively, you can ask your client to add you as a collaborator to their account, and then you can open a ticket with us at WooCommerce.com and we’d be able to provide support for the paid extensions. If you’re a collaborator, do mention in the ticket so we can quickly find the client’s details.

You client can use the steps here to add you as a collaborator: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-collaborators/

    I hope that helps!
