    hi,
When i add tax calculation, the earning calculation is wrong
    exemple :

item price is 10€ with 20%tax (8.33€ without tax // 1,67€ of tax)
12% commission (calculate on the price without tax) = 1€
    so 9€ to the vendor

the split of the money is good.
but the column “earning” showing to the vendor is wrong, it showing 8,80€

ave you got any tips to hide the earning calculation to the vendor or fix the probleme ?

    Thanks

  • Hello @sapick ,

While calculating earnings we need to check couple of points –

    1. Commission
    2. Who is getting tax & shipping amounts
    3. Is there a payment gateway fee involved, if yes, then who is paying for it

All of these are clearly understandable from Dokan Pro’s Reports section. If you are using Dokan pro please contact us through support so that we can check directly on your site.

Also, let me know which earning value you are referring to.

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

    1/ commission 12%
2/ tax and shipping amounts for the seller
3/ no fees for the payement gateway (Payment by check
    for test)

i talk about the earning value on the dashboard seller (/dashboard/products)
    AND
the earning calculation when the seller add a new product

    thanks

    Hello @sapick ,

    Okay, I got it.

The earning column in the vendor dashboard shows the earning based on the product price you set. As the actual shipping, tax can not be decided before the order you do not see the exact value here.

You simply see the earning after cutting the admin commission. So 10 – 1.12 = 8.8 is shown on the list.

I hope this clears the confusion.

    Thank you ??
