EARN WITH SUBSCRIPTION BASED POSTING

So give me your ideas each of these influencer(one of our user role) when they post the campaign(campaign is a custom post type)? For example influencer 1 posts about campaign 1. When completed they fill out a form to submit it was completed. Then upon approval by the admin the influencer will get paid X amount based on how many followers( We have the functionality in our site using which the influencer has their followers ..) they have.
