    We apologize if there is confusion around our pricing but this is not accurate. You can stay on the free plan for as long as you like.

    We do not force anyone to sign up for a paid plan.

    Once you reach 30,000 subscribers to your website, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan if you want to send to the newer subscribers above the first 30K mark.

    If you want to stay on the free plan that is fine, you can do so and continue sending to the first 30,000 subscribers.

    Thanks for using OneSignal to power your push messages.

    We’re reaching out because you have exceeded the web push subscriber limit on our free plan.

    If you would like to continue sending messages to 30,000+ web push subscribers, please upgrade to a paid plan by February 20th.

    Sorry for the confusion, but you can stay on the free plan for as long as you like and only target the first 30,000 subscribers to your site.

    You can continue to get new subscribers and send unlimited notifications to the first 30,000 subscribers.

    If you have over 30,000 subscribers, you will need a paid plan to target all of them above the first 30,000.

    Hopefully that clarifies, please let us know if you have any further questions and consider updating the review for our plugin. We put a lot of work and effort into OneSignal and supporting all users, both free and on our paid accounts.
