EAN with varible product issue

  • Looked really promising to get all my product into google merchant center and get some Ads setup however I have the following issue.

    The feed does not pull out the the variation GTIN, UPC, EAN or ISBN field therefore all of my products get blocked due to having no ean. It’s not possible to select this field during the mapping. I tried a global attribute to work around this, but it’s just not the way you setup woocommere product, so I’ll find another plugin for the feed.

    Dissapointed.

    Sorry to hear about your issues.
    I reviewed your profile and any support threads you have created and couldn’t find any topics, where you have requested for help with your issues with Google For WooCommerce.

    You are correct that currently the GTIN support isn’t straightforward as these fields were introduced natively in WooCommerce in 9.2 (Aug), so Google For WooCommerce had its own GTIN fields separately in products/variations and the data should sync through if you are adding it in the GFW field instead. Have you tried that? Our devs are aware of this and are working to unify these two fields and should be available in a future release soon.
