    Hello,
I’m just getting started with my first feed, quite exciting.
I have the EAN codes of all my products already filled in on woocommerce, in two different locations:
-on the product inventory info, just under SKU
-on the YOAST product info (through the toast plugin).

However when I tried to match the field mapping for the google shopping attributes, I can’t find either of them in the drop-down menu. I can see loooooots of other options for super obscure fields and custom data related to various plugins, but not these 2 basics options. What am I missing?
It would be a lot of work to manually add them to a new field for each product, so I would much rather make it work with the EAN codes that are already filled in for each product, and which I know are accurate…

here’s a couple screenshots of where my EAN codes are currently filled in:

    and

and here’s all the fields I have available to choose from, but I can’t find those two existing EAN fields in there:

If you can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

For the Yoast field this is not going to work with our plugin unfortunately (they save their information in array’s which don’t show up in our drop-downs). For the “EAN code” input field you are also using a plugin. What plugin is adding those fields to your product edit pages so we can try installing that plugin as-well and see if it is compatible with ours.

Assuming the issue at hand is sorted and/or our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
