Eamail intensity is wrong

    Hello,

    I’ve set 2 email templates to be sent. First template should be sent after 5 minutes and second template should be sent after 23 hours ( see here: https://snipboard.io/97cOKt.jpg )

    However, first template is being sent approx. every 20 minutes for some reason which looks spammy. Do you have any idea how to stop this? Thanks for your help!

    Do you mean the first template is sent repeatedly? It sounds like there might be a conflict causing the first template to send, perhaps in loop. This is not an intended behavior of our plugin.     Hi,

    Yes I mean first template is sent repeatedly every 20 minutes which resulted in losing several subscribers. I resolved the issue by switching to other plugin with the same functionality. Thank you.
