Each Post Now Has the Image Duplicated Twice?

I had images in my posts before using Auto Post Thumbnail BUT I had no thumbnails showing on my homepage, so I installed Auto Post Thumbnail and now thumbnails are displaying as intended BUT now each and every post has 2 images within it a large version and a small version.
