    Hello,

I have added the EA Woo Product Carousel to the homepage and set Visible Products and Product Count to 3.

While editing with Elementor, the editor shows 3 scrolling products but when viewing the Preview or the Home Page after updating, I only see one product.

I am not using any caching plugins, have disabled caching in cPanel, have regenerated Elementor CSS CSS & data and regenerated assets in EA. I am out of ideas.

    Please advise.

While waiting for a reply, I used Chrome Dev Tools to look at the style for the Product Carousel. It’s clear that there are 3 products there. If I modify the CSS for the li with class

    .eael-woo-product-carousel-container .eael-woo-product-carousel[data-items=”3″] .product.swiper-slide

and change the width from 100% to 33% the carousel displays correctly but does not appear to slide even though I have it set to loop continuously.

Please note, this does not fix the original issue. It’s just to help the plugin developers troubleshoot the issue.

    Hello @yourbudweiser,

    Hope you’re doing well.

I have checked your queries. And I assume it could be a theme or plugin conflict on your website. I suggest you check with the “Hello Elementor” theme for once. I hope it will be fixed.

Let me know how it goes. You can also create a support ticket here if the issue exists.

    Thank you.

The funny thing is that this was working and then one day, maybe it was after I updated Elementor or EA for Elementor, then it started acting goofy.

I’ll do a theme / plugin conflict check and report back shortly.

    The issue has been resolved.

I was using a custom function to display a comments slider. In the function I included the Swiper JS file:

    <script src=”https://unpkg.com/swiper/swiper-bundle.min.js”></script&gt;

This was breaking the Product Carousel for some reason.

Once I commented out the script, the Carousel started working again.
