EA facebook feed not working after update (12/07/22)

    Hello,

    I have a problem with EA Facebook feed. It was working almost fine (with several glitches) for a week or so, but after the last WordPress update, it fails to load anything.

    I updated the ID number and generated a new token (which I normally extend), but it still isn’t loading any content.

    I would greatly appreciate any ideas…

    Hi @morideen,

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Can you please make sure that you have the latest version of Essential Addons 5.1.8 on your site?

    If it’s so, can you please try regenerating assets from both Elementor -> Tools and Essential Addons -> Tools from your WordPress Dashboard.

    Besides, if you are using any other caching tool, please try clearing cache from them as well.

    If it doesn’t work, please check for plugin conflicts & try back. Make sure all the plugins are up-to-date as well.

    I hope you are doing well.

    I have tried to replicate this issue as you described. But I couldn’t recreate the same on my end. I am using WordPress (v – 6.0.1) and Essential Addons (v – 5.1.8). It would be so appreciable if you please contact here to investigate it more.
