Investigating now…

Happened again. It’s important to note that when I visit the site all is well. I have never been locked out of the site. And I have never used the recovery links. Didn’t mentioned it earlier (sorry), cPanel error log is empty.

We’re unable to recreate the issue, and we haven’t received any other reports, which most likely indicates that this is an isolated issue with your specific setup.
