@evens0ng Can you please change your php version to 8.1? If that didn’t fix the issue, can you please provide us a copy of your system check report so we can investigate further?

I have the same issue. System check is not possible. Changing the WP-config file does not help. The systems report does not show up.

I’ve been advised that Matomo is a third party product and if it does not work, I can work with Matomo to fix the problem or I can delete it. We updated the php and it seems to be OK for now.

If there are further problems, I will have to delete Matomo.

@evens0ng thanks for letting know. Updating to PHP 8.1 might cause problems with other plug-ins. Going back to 8.028 is not possible according to my hosting provider. So I am reluctant updating to 8.1.

@evens0ng Glad to hear that it is working now. I do apologize for the inconvenience it has caused.

@schaipau is it possible to ask your hosting provider to back up your site first before updating the php version? If it caused an issue after updating it, you can simply revert it using the backup.

Hello @schaipau . Have you already had a look at our last comment or maybe any question about it?

Hi?@schaipau as it has been 2 weeks I’m assuming this has been resolved. If there’s still an issue feel free to comment and we’re happy to follow up.
