• Hello, no problem to install the plugin but when I try to open the plugin I have this error:

    Please provide more information about your issue via TikTok for Business support system so that we can investigate.

    To submit a customer support ticket directly with TikTok follow these instructions
    * Go to the TikTok Support Channel: TikTok for Business Support
    * Login with your TikTok for Business Account credentials (In order to submit a customer support ticket, you must have a TikTok for Business account)
    * Select the the eCommerce Integration and choose “WooCommerce” as the Commerce Platform
    * Include the following information if possible:
    – System status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status)
    – Server Logs that show where the code execution failed
