    Extension actuelle?: Matomo Analytics – Ethical Stats. Powerful Insights. (version 4.15.3) PHP version 8.1.25

    Une erreur de type E_COMPILE_ERROR a été causée dans la ligne 210 du fichier /home2/galaxyma/mad-ev.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/vendor/php-di/php-di/src/Container.php.

    Message d’erreur?: Declaration of DI\Container::has($name) must be compatible with Psr\Container\ContainerInterface::has(string $id): bool

    I have access to my hosting provider, and I was able to remove the extension to fix the issue. It’s strange because I install this plugin on all my others sites with the same components. It’s only on this one that it generates this problem.

    If you find the solution, I’m definitely interested. Thank you very much!

    J’ai accès à mon hébergeur et j’ai pu supprimer l’extension pour corriger le problème. C’est étrange car je l’installe sur tous mes sites avec les mêmes composants. Il n’y a que sur celui-ci que ?a génère cette problématique.

    Si vous trouvez la solution, je suis évidemment preneur. Merci beaucoup !

    Hello @madevcom. The error you are getting is an indication of an incompatible plugin with Matomo for WordPress. Kindly check the incompatible plugins on this link: https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/which-plugins-is-matomo-for-wordpress-known-to-be-not-compatible-with/

    If any of your plugins is not on the list, please try to disable all of your plugins except Matomo. Then, enable them one by one to identify which plugin is not compatible.

    Haha, I did it. So I desactivate all my plugins, installed Matomo, and activate the others plugins one after one. Guess the result ?

    Matomo working fine now, but when I click on “diagnostic system”, and only there (site working fine too), we can read this :

    So… Can I wait like this or does Matomo generate / will generate issue in the future ?

    I heard that you working on a V5 ?

    Ah… I have to add something.
    Matomo report’s link show critical error.

    So I have to uninstall Matomo for this website. I don’t understand why it did that because I always work with the same echosystem of plugins. So nothing new in compare to my others websites.

    The only thing which is different here is the php version (8.1).

    Hello @madevcom. Yes, we are working on Matomo for WordPress v5.0. As of now, we don’t have a specific release date. We are working for a better plugin that will be compatible to other plugins. However, we can’t promise that there will be any incompatibility issue in the future.

    What I can recommend is to try our Matomo On-Premise. With this, you will no longer have an issue with other plugins.
