    hi

    We got this error on our site do you have any idea how we could fix this?

    Een fout van het type E_COMPILE_ERROR werd veroorzaakt op regelnummer 896 van het bestand /home/papier/public_html/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/lite/includes/class-email-subscribers.php. Foutmelding: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/papier/public_html/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/lite/includes/workflows/class-ig-es-replace-helper.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’)

    Hi @keeslamper,

    Can you give some more information related to the issue? Does it happen every time when accessing the site?

    If the error occurred only once then it can be caused by getting site hits during the update process, if this is the case you probably don’t see the error now and it resolved itself.

    If the error is still occurring, this means an update could’ve gone wrong. If you’re still experiencing the error you can delete the plugin and reinstall a fresh copy to resolve it.

    Note: Before deleting the plugin, please make sure Delete plugin data on uninstall option is disabled from the menu Email Subscribers –> Settings –> General(tab). You may have to delete the plugin through FTP if the website isn’t accessible at your end.
