    Hello,
i use E2PDF pro with forminator.
I set up, in the template, a page where an UPLOAD field in the forminator form is displayed as an image. When you’re from mobile, a picture is taken with the camera and is uploaded, the PDF displays the picture turned by 90°.

This doesn’t happen with uploaded images from PC, nor screenshots from the phone. It happens only when you upload a picture taken with the camera. This happens on every device i had access too, tablets and smartphones. The only smartphone that doesn’t give this error in the image uploaded (the image results in the right rotation angle in the PDF) is a Huawei P20 phone.

I even tried multiple camera apps, and the results are always the same.

    Can you help?

    Hi,

Does the image which is saved under submission showing as turned by 90°? If so, unfortunately, you need to contact Forminator directly as we don’t handle forms submission functionality and E2Pdf must output the image exactly as it was saved by Forminator.

If not, can you please share the URL to a such image?

The uploaded image, wich comes attached to the e-mail, results turned at the right angle when displayed in the form compiled results.

I can give you a link to one of the saved PDFs.
    EDIT: Removed link

Unfortunately, we need the link directly to the image which is saved under your Forminator Forms Submission so we can test it from our side as we currently can’t replicate the issue on our side.

Maybe you can try to submit test entry on our demo website?: https://demo.e2pdf.com/forminator-forms/

I just tried your demo, and in the PDF the image is turned by 90° as it happens to my form. (the picture of the note block was vertical when taken, and was displayed vertical after the upload in the field)

The ID of the submit is “New Form Entry #516”, and the pdf is linked here.
    EDIT: Removed link
