E2pdf template not activated – Error

    I have added a download link to the pdf after the user submits the form, but, when I click the download button for the pdf, I get the following error:- E2pdf template not activated. I have checked the template settings and it shows the status is activated. Any suggestions on how can I resolve this issue? Would appreciate the help:)

    Hi,

    Recheck please if you have used correct ID of E2Pdf Template inside “Success Message” and E2Pdf Template connected to correct form.

    If it still okay, attach please screenshots of “Templates List” and form “Success Message”. Also, are you able to do export via “E2Pdf” -> “Export”?

    Thanks for the reply! I was able to resolve the issue by replacing the ID of E2Pdf Template inside “Success Message”. Appreciate the help??
