• Hey there,

    I’ve got an issue where our Processing status emails are also sending out e-transfer information. And customers are saying that the info it sends out is actually different than the original stuff they were told when orders were submitted and set as “On Hold”.

    This is causing a lot of confusion for our customers and I’d prefer not to disable the Processing emails from sending as we like keeping them in the loop about the order process.
