é Not previewing in h1 tag

Working on converting a site to Spanish. I noticed on the home page, https://libertyupull.com/spanish/, the é in the green h1 title “porqué” is dropping out. I have confirmed the WP settings, encoding, UTF-8. I have also tried using TinyMCE Advanced to assign the language to spanish.
It looks like it starts to preview, and then disappears. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.
