    Hi @russidi,
    Thanks for your message.

There are lots of reasons as to why email could be flagged as SPAM by a mail server. A few to look at are:

    * Are you using an email address on the same domain as your website?
    * Are you using any keywords that might flag your message as SPAM?
    * Have you checked out this article for further help?

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Jack,

I have read many articles about the spam filters before I submitted this post. And to answer your other question:

    – I am using my gmail address for sending e-mails
    – The e-mail contains very limited text and I think it does not contain any key words that may flag them as spams.

In some on-line e-mail providers it works if the sending e-mail address is added to the contact list, but not in all. Is there anything else that I should do to resolve this problem?

    Hi @russidi,
Are the SPAM filters at your host editable? Some hosts allow you to change them.

Additionally, are you able to try a different mail host to rule out an issue with them specifically?

    Thanks,
    Jack

I was able to change the SMTP server I am using to send the e-mails and now most of those did NOT go to the spam :-). I think the reason e-mails were sent to the Spam folders was that the sending e-mail address set up in the notification did not match the SMTP.

    Thank you
