I just discussed with our development team and we believe this issue is specific to user emails and email algorithm. The email is filtered based on the user preference and the history of the emails received and sorted by the user before.
For Example, if the user has a similar quotation email already in the junk then the new emails that the user is receiving are also automatically filtered to the junk.
To avoid this please mark all the spam emails as Not Spam and move them to the inbox folder. After a few emails have been moved to the inbox the old algorithm will be overridden and the new quotation email will be received in the inbox folder automatically.
