E-mails are not displayed correctly on mobile

I wanted to ask if this problem is possibly known and you know a workaround? The notification emails from my store are displayed correctly on desktop but on mobile (iPhone 13, Apple Mail) it only shows the logo and subject. I don’t see the rest of the mail, just a white area. It then says “remaining 19.4 kb to load”.

I have this problem only with mails from my store, other newsletters and order mails from stores where I am a customer are always displayed.

I tried all possible settings, changed texts, took out logo, also loaded a standard template again but all changes nothing.

Maybe this has happened before? Thanks for help!
