    Since a couple of days we are experiencing an issue with sending preview E-Mail.

    Once trying to send, the Error message used in the topic title is shown with the informatione “Please set up sender authentication”.

    We are using MailPoet sending service. I checked the settings as well as Activation key and settings of MailPoet, but I can’t find out why this error message appears.

    Hi @msteidl,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    When this message shows it usually means that you haven’t yet authenticated your sender domain by adding a DKIM as per these instructions.

    After doing that, you can click on the Resume sending in the warning notification, and sending should be resumed.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    I just checked, and both mail-adresses have already been authorized. However, it appears that MailPoet doesn’t like the yahoo-E-Mail as sender adress, as I switched to [email protected] and now it works finde as expected.
