Hello, I would like to edit the email type (customer_account_activated) in the design.

I was able to design all other email types in the same way with the plugin (Email Templates Customizer for Woocommerce) in the header and footer.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to integrate the said Emai type into the plugin. Can you tell me how to integrate the email type (customer_account_activated) into the plugin?
Thank you very much for the info.

    Hi there,

seems to be a shortcoming of the actual email designer plugin. Maybe the plugin does only support Woo core email templates. Germanized uses the official Woo API to register those templates within WooCommerce. In case of doubt please use a compatible email customizer, such as YayMail: https://yaycommerce.com/yaymail-woocommerce-email-customizer/

    Best,

Thanks for the tip, but the price is a bit too high for me. Are there any other compatible plugins, maybe a little cheaper?

-Another question about the email_id of the email type customer_account_activated.

Is this email_id correct (“customer_new_account_activation”) , or is there another id, can’t find anything else?
    Thanks for the information.

    Hi there,

I don’t actually know any other plugin (except I’ve heard about some compatibility with WP HTML Mail, but I don’t know the current status of that) that explicitly supports Germanized but you might ask the developer of the plugin currently in use for a compatibility.

Yes, the email id is customer_new_account_activation

    Best,
    Dennis
