E-mail subscription form

Guys,

could please help me with a task.

I need to achieve the following simple (at first look) e-mail subscription form at the bottom of a page (I am using the Jupiter theme):

a field (approximately 50px high) that has white background on its left where one can type one’s email address. its width should be approximately 250px. directly next to the field (no distance between the fields), there is a button Submit that is of a different color (appx 50px high and 100px wide).

Can you tell me how can I achieve this the easiest way?
