E-mail replies not going to Outlook users

I have 5 sites using 3.8.1 they have stopped sending e-mail confirmations from contact forms (using both contact forms 7 & WP forms) to any e-mails with addresses of hotmail,live,outloook etc.
Anyone know of a simple fix ?
