E-mail option ''from''

I have a question about the options -> e-mail -> e-mailoptions.
The first area ”e-mail sender” is blank. But when I receice an order it is also blank in my mailbox. I want the name of the customer on that place (”from name”) and also the e-mail (”from e-mail” in my mailbox.
How do I get this done?
