If you want to remove that tab then you need to add a code snippet from?https://docs.userswp.io/article/578-how-to-remove-notifications-and-privacy-from-account-options?in functions.php file of currently active theme or via Code Snippet plugin. Just remove unset($tabs[‘privacy’]); line from code if you don’t want to hide Privacy menu item from acount page.

I didn’t find ($tabs[‘privacy’]); in functions.php
(wp-content → themes → mythemes)
and also
(/public_html/wp-content/plugins/userswp/admin/settings/functions.php)
