E-mail notification not working with new custome order status

I am experiencing an issue with email notifications for custom order statuses in WooCommerce. I have created custom order statuses (“Order Shipped” and “Order Delivered”) and set up specific email notifications for these statuses. The email templates I created work perfectly with the original WooCommerce statuses but do not function at all with the new custom statuses, even though they use the same template.
Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
- I have activated the emails for the custom statuses in the “Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce” plugin.
- I am using SMTP mail for sending emails.
Despite these configurations, I am unable to send emails to customers when the order status changes to “Order Shipped” or “Order Delivered.”
Could you please provide any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue? Are you able to send emails to customers upon status changes with custom statuses, such as “Order Delivered”?
