    Hello,

    I have an issue with my client’s website : E-mails are not received, despite having the success/green border message. I tried changing the sender email, the recipient e-mail, i tried adding a new form.

    E-mails are correctly sent and received with MailPoet, mailboxes works well (including the host’s one), flamingo works well.

    Any idea?

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    I’m also having this error. Emails had been sending previously, then I made an update to the form (just the message and changing one of the recipients) and now emails aren’t coming through despite the submit success message on the website.

    @takayukister I tried another plugin, which worked, so I no longer need help, thanks
