E-Mail is required in Opt-In form

I really love love this plugin and it absolutely could replace the need to install another contact form plugin. For instance I just need the Name, the Phone Number and the DSGVO checkbox. I must not collect the E-Mail Adress in every situation. Could it be possible to remove the need of asking for the E-Mail Adress or maybe offer some kind of contact form template so I could use the plugin in more situations?
