    Hello @hayssen

I checked it on our test installation. There is the latest version of WP/WooCommerce and our plugin. Default template and no other plugins.
I placed an order with the Email field hidden (validation set as None) and the form has been sent with no validation error.

Please check if this problem occurs when other plugins are disabled and the default template is active. The HealthCheck plugin can be helpful because it offers a troubleshooting mode and users will not see plugins being disabled in the store.

Also check if the subpage used as checkout is set as Checkout in WooCommerce Advanced settings.

    Hello Tomasz,

    thanks for your reply

the validation persist when other plugins are disabled and Twenty Twenty template is active

the field is hidden, but when testing with the incognito window, the verification message appears (please provide us with a valid email address.),i noticed that the problem appeared after updating the plugin

    Hello @hayssen

Please remember not to provide login details. I know this is a test site but we advise against publishing even such data.

The store has an unchecked option to allow customers to place an order without creating an account.
WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Guest checkout

WooCommerce requires an email to set up an account during the purchase. So this validation error is a result of WooCommerce settings and not our plugin. Please change these settings or restore the Email field in the form.
