• Hello
I’ve tried so many things, deleted plugin, reCAPTCHA on and off, PHP updated, Flamingo installed and now Easy WP SMTP. It is all useless. I have problems with Contactform7 for the first time, despair soon. What is the problem? Thanks a lot!

  • I’m having that problem too! Tried everything!!

Same problem here, tried everything : updated CF7, removed recaptcha, php version fine, wordpress updated, no error in console and i have the message “your mail has been sent”

    Nothing in spam

Can we have the confirmation if its a global issue ?

Same problem for me, too, tried everything. The insteresting thing is that it seems that the email is sent (as it is logged as such by “Check & Log Email” plugin), but it doesn’t arrive.

Other emails sent by WordPress arrive.

No errors in any log on the server either. It has been so for a while, at least from the latest update. Definitely a global issue!

    Hello @diversified,

It’s possible that your current theme or an active plugin is generating some kind of conflict with Contact Form 7. A practical way to determine what is causing problems is to make a copy of the site in local or a staging one to testings purposes and change the theme to a default one like Twenty Twenty. If this doesn’t work, then temporarily disable all plugins and test again. If it’s working again, activate the plugins one by one, making a submission at each activation to detect which plugin is failing.

    Hope this helps you.

    Best regards,
    Yordan.

    Hello @basstrax, @guillaumeakyos, and @marcop68,

If your issue is related with submissions not sending, or getting errors, please read the message above.

If your issue is that you receive a successful sending confirmation, but the email does not arrive in your inbox, you most likely need to make some adjustments to your WordPress installation or server.

Most of the time the problems with mails are not caused by Contact Form 7, but by a misconfiguration of your server or incompatibility with some other plugin. Some friends have had problems with servers where it was required to set up SMTP. The easiest way I know to do this is to use Easy WP SMTP.
