AST E-Mail customizer not shown in Customizer Tab

    Hi all

    The email customizing tab is not shown in the Customizer of the Theme.

    I dont used any email customizer. I can remember, when I installed the AST plugin 2-3 years ago, we had a tab in the customizer to adapt the settings for the sending emails. This tab is not appearing anymore.

    I have tried meanwhile on 3 different webseites with different themes. Also tried to disable all other plugins. Even then it is not shown.

    Could you please help, where i can find the customizing tab for the emails?

    Hi @flatee,

    To access the AST customizer, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
    2. Navigate to the Order Statuses & Notifications tab.
    3. Click on the settings icon.
    4. Within this section, you’ll be able to customize the tracking widget and emails to suit your preferences.

    Which version of the AST pluin do you use?

    sorry, yes, i found it (i did not find before your explanation. All good now, thanks.

    I use 3.5.3 – as the new version to enter the tracking number is not convinent to us. to slow, and addition popup for entering mask. We find the 3.5.3 better. It would be perfekt, if user can choose which entering mode he likes.

    We will improve the speed of the add tracking widget in the next version of the plugin.
