• I am desperate. It can’t be that difficult to enter the SMTP data. Neither a mail nor a test mail arrives. I keep getting an error message “Could not connect to SMTP host.”
    I am using United-Domains, where are the Data for smtp written.

    Hi @daniela32,

    Thanks for reaching out! The error message indicates that your server is blocking SMTP connection requests.

    Could you please try to authenticate your SMTP connection by using a 3rd party email client like Mozilla Thunderbird, and see whether your SMTP configurations are correct.

    Then, get in touch with your hosting support with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.

    I have tried to send an e-mail from my account to the e-mail adress, that works.
    E-Mail Client I could not configure.
