Since there are many posts about the same thing, I’m joining to raise issue that e-commerce tracking has gone down. Everything has worked perfectly past years even but 11.11. (around that date) the e-commerce monetary tracking is not working. The regular analytics works perfectly but for some reason I have the same issue as others here.

    Hey @sirrahikkala

The plugin is still functioning after it’s last update (version 1.4.5). Since everything worked previously, it’s likely that recent updates have started a conflict on your site. The last plugin update was only minor tweaks for compatibility for WooCommerce 3.8, so it’s could be that your theme or another plugin on your site hasn’t also updated for that same compatibility.

If you haven’t already, please use the Google Tag Assistant to check if the tracking code tags are properly displaying on your site.

If they are not, I’d recommend starting with a conflict test. We have a guide on how to test for conflicts here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Since those tests will impact the look and functionality of your site, it’s recommended that you do them on a staging site.

Thank you for your message. It just seems weird that there are so many user with this issue with this plugin based on the past messages.

    You’re welcome @sirrahikkala.

It’s not unusual for conflicts to start showing in this case, given that we’ve just recently had updates to both WordPress (version 5.3) and WooCommerce (version 3.8).

It’s very common to see conflict start with third-party plugins and themes after version updates to WordPress and WooCommerce, as other developers sometimes do not update their code in advance to ensure compatibility.

Let me know once you have a chance to test the information I shared early. I hope it helps ??

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m assuming that the above information helped. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved but please don’t hesitate to start a new thread with any other questions or problems.
