• Hi!
    I have installed the app successfully yesterday and it does do track all visits etc. since then. But my page is an e-commerce page and although I checked all boxes etc. neither in my dashboard nor at Matomo dashboard the numbers at the e-commerce stats show anything but 0 although I did have sales. What can I do to start also the e-commerce tracking?

    WP-Matomo shows some basic stats and offers to add the tracking code for visitor tracking. It currently does not come with additional e-commerce functionality, i.e. you have to check e-commerce stats inside Matomo itself (in a future version, WP-Matomo will optinally show e-commerce stats as well, but this is not done yet).

    Because I don’t use Matomo in an e-commerce scenario, I can’t tell you how to integrate e-commerce measurement. But a documentation can be found here https://matomo.org/docs/ecommerce-analytics/, and maybe the Matomo community is able to help you.

    If you are using WooCommerce, there is also an additional WordPress plugin available. But I can’t tell you if it’s still maintained.
