E-Commerce Plugins – Please can someone help me?

I am trying to create an online store for a client. It seemed at first that a WordPress plugin was going to be the best way to go. I’ve posted here (more than once) asking for advice on what plugin is best, with little to no responses. After a couple weeks of testing and research I have determined that Cart66 is likely my best solution. But, there are 2 major problems.

#1: Cart is not editable. If you add something to your cart, you can’t remove it.

#2: Shipping is not being included at checkout. I have set the item weight to 0, set specific shipping for the item, and de-activated, re-activated … still not working.

I have posted here, sent a presale question to Cart66 (as I don’t want to buy a license if these things dont work) and they wont offer any support unless you buy it. I’ve posted here, and got no responses.

Can anyone at least direct me someplace where I can get some answers?
