e-commerce plugin installation problem

  • I have successfully installed a WordPress blog on an addon domain, https://www.brotherjohnsongs.com/blog. I know want to install the e-commerce plug for WordPress.

    When I go through the WordPress Dashboard to locate and install the e-commerce plugin, I get the following error:

    Could not create directory. /public_html

    Actions: Return to Plugin Installer
    ———————————————————————
    I don’t know where to go from here.

    Can anybody offer a suggestion? Does this have anything to do with trying to install the e-commerce plugin on an addon domain?
