E-commerce Data is empty

    Hi,
    I have intalled the free version. Traffic is coming in but no transaction data.
    In GA–Admin–View–Ecommerce Setting–Enable Ecommerce–ON

    I don’t have any data under Ecommerce (Checkout Behavior, Shopping Behavior…..)

    Please can you help me?
    I have WordPress Multisite Network– is that a proble?

    Hi @ahaostojic,

    The multisite network may cause issues in the working of our plugin. On your website, the problem which is occurring is a jQuery error (tvc_lc is not defined) thrown on every page via the plugin.

    Since this version of our plugin works smoothly with the single currency feature but on your store network, the multi-currency feature is enabled thus the jQuery error is popping up and the occurrence of a jQuery error at each page blocks the loading of our free plugin’s tracking snippet. Thus no tracking is happening.

    We hope you have got an idea of why the tracking is not working and how it could work.
