As I have found this problem elsewhere, it clearly is a problem. I resent being told I have to pay for support for software that is not working properly. I already paid for it. Please fix it.

The “fix” that you put out there to “hide” the e-check field only works on standard size web pages. On devices it reappears. This is resulting in our inability to put live a site using software that we PAID for to you. This should NOT be hard coded into the plugin – we should be able to disable it freely.

Please post a solution to this for all of the users who are frustrated with the fact that this is a known issue that is still not fixed.

    Thank you.

    1. if you’ve already “paid” for the software you’re entitled to support unless you’ve already used that support token. Then yes you would need to purchase an additional support token.

However I don’t think you require support you’re simply using the wrong authorize.net module.

If you do not use echeck and simply want to process credit cards the best method is to use the authorize.net AIM (2.0) module.

It’s not a known issue it’s the correct behavior of the 2 different modules.

Disable the CIM module and enable the AIM module no more echeck.
