    Hello support,

In the PDF, the characters “€” are replaced by “?” and “é” are replaced by “?”.

Even if I check “Prise en charge du symbole monétaire étendu”, the issue stays.

I just upgraded from 2.4.10 to 3.2.1 (the last yet).

Have you an ideas to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi @antidot-dev,

Have you by any chance set a custom font?

If not, please go to?WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status tab, and click on the Reinstall fonts?button. Then, try to open an invoice and check if it looks good.

    Hi @yordansoares ,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I upgraded to 3.2.1 and that works without click on “Reinstall fonts”. Strange, but if I have the issue later, I will try this button.

    Thanks a lot!

It likely that it failed in your first try because of missing files. This is not very common, but it happens from time to time when the updating packaged downloaded by your server (or yourself, when you update manually) is corrupted. Anyway, I’m glad to hear that it worked after trying updating again!

By the way, if you don’t mind and have the time, do you think you could leave us a review?

Thanks in advance and all the best with your store!
