Dynamically populate radio button with CPT UI

I already saw this https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/dynamically-populate-a-select-fields-choices/ but the issue is it uses the options page, what I need is via custom post type. Also, this needs to display in an entry using the ACF form.
