Dynamically generate a plugin (possible?)

I would like to generate a given shortcode dynamically based on some fields…

The shortcode to be generated is

[payplug price=’montantTTC’ title_button=’procéder le règlement’ order_id=’facture’ custom_data=’facture’ email=’mail’ first_name=’prenom’ last_name=’nom’]

I am a little bit lost in this plugin. When I put this ‘shortcode’ inside the dynamic text it generates text (logic ?? )

But I would like to have a shortcode output or, alternatively the result of a php output…

Is this possible with this extension ? Of so could u please kindly provide help?
